Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after confirmation.

Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

During peak seasons or high order volumes, processing may take slightly longer.

Shipping Time

Estimated delivery time is 3–7 business days across most locations in India.

Delivery to remote or rural areas may take 5–10 business days depending on the courier service.

Shipping Charges

Free Shipping is available on all orders unless otherwise mentioned.

We accept both Prepaid and Cash on Delivery (COD) orders.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via SMS, Email, or WhatsApp (where applicable). You can use this link to track your shipment.

Delivery Delays

Delivery timelines are estimates and may occasionally be affected by weather conditions, public holidays, courier delays, natural disasters, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. NabhiAyur is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses or contact details.

Failed Deliveries & COD Orders

If a Cash on Delivery (COD) order is refused, cancelled after dispatch, or cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address or customer unavailability, we reserve the right to refuse future COD orders from the same customer.

Damaged or Missing Orders

If your order is received in a damaged condition or any item is missing, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order details and clear photos of the package and product.
